A co-working space built for builders, housed in the heart of Denver's downtown — where floor numbers become identity.

GROWHOUSE occupies the 5th and 4th floors of Trinity Place at 1801 N Broadway — a Class B tower with panoramic Front Range views and direct RTD access in Denver's Central Business District.

The brand turns a building address into a badge of belonging. "54" isn't just a floor number — it's the call sign for a community of founders, freelancers, and growth-stage companies who chose to build something here.

GROWHOUSE borrows visual language from sports and streetwear — blocky, chamfered forms, athletic number treatments, and a jersey-patch aesthetic — to give co-working a real sense of team identity and place.

The 5th and 4th floors become the brand's defining mark. Tenants aren't just renting space — they're claiming a floor number as their own.

Sage green nods to Colorado's landscape. Blocky, geometric forms echo the angular Front Range. This is a Denver brand, not a generic co-working template.

Background Matching Each logo file has been prepared with its background pre-matched. Black-background files render flush on dark surfaces. White-background files render flush on light surfaces. Always use the correct file for the surface — never place the wrong version on a mismatched background.

  • Scale proportionally — never stretch, squish, or rotate

✗ Don't

  • Don't place white-background files on dark surfaces or vice versa
  • Don't rearrange the GROW / HOUSE stacking in the wordmark
  • Don't apply drop shadows, outer glows, gradients, or filters to any mark
  • Don't use any logo at less than 80px wide (digital) or 0.75in (print)
  • Don't recolor the sage numbers or alter the black/sage color relationship
